- Consult with you daytimes & evenings.
- Provide a written quotation with specification.
- Show a sample of the product you require.
- Make honest suggestions on style and design.
- Provide written testimonials from previous Customers.
- Show you completed installations of our work.
- Arrange further consulations until you are happy with your product selection.
- Provide a personal service from start to finish.
CJS Exteriors are not happy to:
- Pressure you to buy immediately or make rushed decisions.
- Offer you a product that is NOT suited to your Home.
- Insist that your wife, husband or partner is present during our visit.
- Leave quotations hand written on single sheets, brochures or business cards.
- Offer false discounts on inflated quotations.
- Make unreaslistic statements about our service or specification.
- Telephone you repeatedly about making a decision on your order.
