SASH WINDOWS.

CJS Exteriors supply and install a superb range of factory painted and factory double glazed timber sash windows, all windows are fully draught-proof and are specified as standard with Planitherm 1.1 Soft-Coated Energy glass.

Sash windows can be selected as a traditional weights and corded operation or alternatively we can offer a Cauldwell heavy-duty spiral spring balanced system, either way each window will replicate traditional proportions with sash horns, deep bottom rails and slim centre meeting stile, catches can be selected in either brass or chrome and each window is fitted as standard with an ERA locking sash-bolt limiter, finger pulls are standard on the inside of the bottom rail.

We will renew all internal architrave's and nosing's when we replace each window and where any external concrete cills have been removed or modinised during previous years, we can reinstate these cills if required.

We offer our sash windows as standard in a full factory white painted finish, you can select other colours with a surcharge and period glazing bars to replicate existing designs are available, we can specify arched, curved head frames and sashes and alternative glasses are available such as white sand-blasted, laminated and acoustic glass.
